1) Agreement to Terms
By using https://cleanjunks.com/home, booking, or receiving any junk removal, hauling, donation drop-off, recycling, demolition, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.
2) Services & Scope
- Removal and transport of non-hazardous materials per your estimate/booking.
- Estimates may be adjusted onsite with notice provided to booking client if scope differs (volume, weight, access, fees).
3) Scheduling, Access & Parking
- Provide safe, legal access during the appointment window; building permissions are your responsibility.
- Parking, tolls, loading dock fees may be added to invoice.
4) Customer Responsibilities
- Items must be free of pests, biohazards, sharp or hazardous substances.
- Disclose fragile/high-value/specialty items before work begins.
- Separate items you wish to keep; we aren’t responsible for unmarked removals.
5) Prohibited & Regulated Items
No acceptance of hazardous or regulated waste without prior written agreement/notice (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, cylinders, certain batteries) or anything prohibited by law/facility rules in Calgary, Alberta.
6) Pricing, Payment & Taxes
- Prices before applicable taxes/fees; environmental surcharges may apply.
- Payment due on completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash and e-transfer.
7) Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancel/reschedule ≥ 18 hours before to avoid fees.
- Same-day cancellations may incur up to $75.
8) Title, Risk & Disposal
- On removal, title transfers to us unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- We may dispose, recycle, donate, or resell per law and facility rules.
9) Property Condition & Limited Liability
- Reasonable care will be taken onsite; pre-existing defects are not our responsibility.
- Total liability limited to the lesser of the job amount paid; no indirect or consequential damages.
10) Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CleanJunk Services and personnel against claims arising from your breach, negligence, unsafe conditions, or unlawful materials.
12) Force Majeure
We aren’t liable for delays/failures beyond our control (weather, strikes, government actions, closures, shortages, disruptions, etc.).
13) Website Use
- Website content is owned/licensed. No copying/scraping/resale without permission.
- Third-party links are for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their practices.
14) Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by the laws of Calgary, Alberta. Venue: Calgary and Surrounding Areas. (Optional arbitration may be added per local rules.)

Material changes posted at https://cleanjunks.com/home with a new effective date.

17) Customer Loyalty Program
- Opt-in required: Participation is voluntary and requires your express opt-in to validate recurring-customer status. You may opt in by checking the designated box online, replying "I agree" in writing (including email or text), or signing our enrollment form. Opt-outs apply going forward.
- Scope of services: Benefits may include periodic discounts and/or complimentary services. Complimentary services provided under this program will only include work that, under applicable law in Calgary, Alberta, does not require a trade or occupational licence.
- Complimentary / not-for-profit: Any complimentary services are provided as a goodwill benefit at no charge and are not provided for profit.
- No liability for complimentary services: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from complimentary services provided under the program. This clause does not limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law (e.g., intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded).
- Program changes: We may modify or discontinue the program or its benefits at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and apply prospectively.

- Provide, schedule, and complete Services; confirmations, invoices, updates.

Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to sensitivity. No method is 100% secure.

- Access, correct, or delete personal information (subject to legal limits).
- Opt out of marketing via unsubscribe or by contacting us.

- EU/UK: GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, complaint).
- California: CCPA/CPRA rights (know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, limit sensitive PI). We don’t knowingly sell/share minors’ data.
10) Children’s Privacy
Services aren’t directed to children under 13 (or local age). We don’t knowingly collect children’s data.
